大阪にもあった！ご当地焼きそばの今里焼きそば 長谷川は激ウマでした [和食]

最近知ったのですが大阪にもご当地焼きそばがあるそうです。
今里焼きそばと言って戦後から大阪の東成区の
今里新橋商店街にあって食べられていたそうです。
一旦は提供する店が途絶えたそうですが、
今回伺った長谷川にて復活を果たしたとのこと。
そんな幻の大阪のご当地焼きそば、
今里焼きそばを食べに行ってきました。
お店の場所は地下鉄緑橋駅から今里筋を、
地下鉄今里方面に5分ほど行ったところにあります。
お店に付くと大きな文字で「焼きそば」と書かれた看板があります。
営業を開始したのはそれほど古い店では無いはずですが、
いい感じの雰囲気を持っていて
いかにも焼きそば専門店と感じさせてくれます。
店内はカウンター席のみで10席ほど。
開店時間の11時半過ぎに合わせて出向きましたが、
ほぼ満席で1つだけ席が空いていました。
メニューはシンプルで今里焼きそばのみです。
サイズ違いで並500円、
大600円、特大700円。
トッピングが少々あります。
今回は今里焼きそばのみ注文です。
しばらくして出てきた今里焼きそばです。
具材に玉ねぎと牛肉のみで特徴的なビジュアルですよ。
面白いことに最初はソースの味付けは無し。
太麺を蒸し焼きにされただけの素焼きそば状態です。
出てきた時に店主である大将が食べ方を教えてくれます。
「焼きそばにソースがかかってないから。
カウンターの上のソースを掛けてよくかき混ぜて食べてな。」
言われたとおりにソースを何周かかけてよくかき混ぜていただきます。
うん、旨いやん！^^;
麺はモチモチしていてごっつい旨いですね。
メチャメチャ好みの味ですよ。
あっさりしたウスターソースがメチャよく合います！
サクッと完食で、ゴッソウさん！
ごっつい旨かったですわ。
次に来た時は特大でも軽く行けそうな感じですね。
一旦は絶滅したと言われる今里焼きそば！
今後もいつまでも食べれるようにがんばってください。
また来ます。
